Opening of EASI-Genomics 1st Call for Access

EASI-Genomics first call for proposal will be launched on the 25th of March along with its website.

Researchers from countries in Europe and outside will be invited to submit project proposals involving sequencing of biological samples and/or data analysis online.

This first call will focus on sequencing of ancient DNA from archaeological samples, analysis of microbiomes that study the diversity and particularities of populations of microorganisms in a particular environment, the study of the genetic material at the single cell level, and eventually the modifications of genetic material and its organisation in human diseases.

EASI-Genomics represents a great opportunity for researchers to access high-end sequencing services delivered by European genomics infrastructures of excellence free of charge.
