In situ Seq (barcodes)
In situ Sequencing provides spatially resolved gene expression data for panels of genes at subcellular resolution.
In situ Sequencing's sample preparation which consists in generating RCA (Rolling Circle Amplification) products in the tissues can be run either directly by users or can be requested to the facility. It is a simple procedure that does not require any special equipment.
On the other hand, the second step of In situ Sequencing, called barcoding, requires a specific imaging setting.
