Medical University of Graz

The Medical University of Graz, which was founded in 2004 and has nearly 150 years of tradition as a medical faculty, is the hub of innovative, high-quality medicine and medical research in Southern Austria. More than 4,300 students are enrolled in undergraduate (medicine, dentistry, nursing science) and PhD programs, and approx. 1,500 scientists collaborate on an international level. Campus facilities provide state-of-the-art research infrastructure, such as the new pre-clinical MED CAMPUS, the Center for Medical Research, the Center for Knowledge and Technology Transfer in Medicine and the Biobank Graz.
